Yes, though most work is UK-based. Remote engagements work well for advisory sessions and quarterly reviews. For audits and workshops, travel is usually worth it. Marcus charges travel at cost, no markup.
An operational audit runs two to three weeks. A process redesign, depending on scope, is usually four to six weeks. Workshops are two days. Change management support runs three to six months. Everything is scoped in writing before work starts.
The smallest team Marcus has worked with had eight people. The largest had around 400. The work scales, but the approach does not change much. Small teams often have cleaner problems, just less time to fix them.
Marcus will tell you. If the work is not producing value, he would rather stop and refund the unused portion than drag it out. This has happened twice in six years. Both times the client came back for a different engagement later.
